Janie Oliver asks "Do you have any cabins that can be built with about 675 sq. feet in them?"

Mike asks "Me again. One last question: Is there any way of making the ground floor 9' or higher? We'd like to have ceilings higher than 8 1/2'."

Yes it can be done.

Mike asks "I've seen in old questions answered that you weren't delivering and installing outside of 200 mi. We're in GA, between 250 and 300 mi. Is the 200 mi limit still in effect?"

Yes we can deliver and install anywhere in Ga.

Mike asks "On 1800 ft model, can a large dormer be substituted for the area on 2nd flr that extends out on one side of the front? I'd like to have two dormers, one on each side of the front, installed. Is this possible and if so, would it be a large cost increase?"
